Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light Yogurt Piña Colada
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut, toasted (optional)
- 1 cup Progresso™ panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
Instructions

Step1Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, egg, and salt.

Step2In a large bowl combine coconut and panko.

Step3Dip chicken pieces into yogurt mixture, then into coconut-panko mixture.
