Ounces Conversions

This handy chart of ounces to cups conversion is one you’ll want to post right in your kitchen so you never have to do the math in your head again. (Now, doesn’t that sound nice?)

For a quick cut-and-paste version:

Fluid Ounce Conversions

1 fluid ounce = 2 tablespoons

2 fluid ounces = 1/4 cup

4 fluid ounces = 1/2 cup

6 fluid ounces = 3/4 cup

8 fluid ounces = 1 cup

12 fluid ounces = 1-1/2 cups

16 fluid ounces = 2 cups (or 1 pint)

32 fluid ounces = 4 cups (or 1 quart)

128 fluid ounces = 1 gallon
