  • Get in the holiday spirit with these easy Christmas S’mores. I know it may seem a bit early, but I’m ready to talk Christmas! Every single year Christmas just sneaks right up on me and it’s over before I can even bake a batch of cookies and drink some cold milk. So this year… I’m planning, prepping and baking a little early in hopes I can actually enjoy and experience Christmas the right way! Are you with me or what? Please say YES, cause I have the most delicious, most amazing and EASIEST Christmas S’more Bars in all the land to share with you today. These bars, inspired by Bombshell Bling’s recipe , are delicious beyond words, and so easy to prepare and completely fun for everyone involved! I think even Santa himself would fully approve. You can either serve this in a bowl as a warm and gooey dessert, or let cool and cut into bars. Personally, I love these warm and gooey with a cold glass of milk! These can easily be made for Halloween, Valentine’s Day and Easter, just use the appropriate M&M’S™. If you’re out of graham crackers, try using Ritz Crackers or pretzels crumbs in place.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick (8 tablespoons) salted butter, melted
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bag (8 oz) M&M's® mini Christmas chocolate candies
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and then line with parchment paper. Grease (or use cooking spray on) the parchment paper.

    In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and mix until crumbs are well moistened.

    Press crumbs into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips over graham cracker layer. Now sprinkle all but 1/2 cup of the mini M&M’S™ over the chocolate chips. Then sprinkle all but 1/2 cup of the mini marshmallows over the M&M’S™.

    Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the top of everything. Sprinkle on the remaining mini M&M’S™ and marshmallows.

    Cover the dish with foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 15-20 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden. Remove from oven.

    Allow to cool at least 15 minutes before serving, or 2 hours if you wish to cut these into bars. Enjoy!
