Creamy Cranberry Poppyseed Dressing

- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup avocado or extra-light olive oil
- 1 carton (6 oz.) Yoplait® Original vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 sweet onion
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
