Tangy and sweet, this simple dressing can be made in the blender and tastes delicious drizzled on spinach and sliced apples.

Creamy Cranberry Poppyseed Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup avocado or extra-light olive oil
  • 1 carton (6 oz.) Yoplait® Original vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 sweet onion
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Step 
    1
    In a blender, puree cranberries, oil, yogurt, honey and onion. Stir in poppyseeds, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
