Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 containers (5.3 oz each) Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1 can (11 oz) canned corn with peppers
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ Organic Diced Tomatoes Fire Roasted
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 1 bag Food Should Taste Good™ chips (blue corn or jalapeño Flavors)

Instructions

    In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, mexicorn, black beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and cheddar until smooth.
