We gave boring, brown hot chocolate a pretty-in-pink makeover for those who are obsessed with the most fun color of all time. Made with white chocolate, a dreamy mugful of this velvety drink will hit the spot on a chilly winter day. And we couldn’t help but to throw some sprinkles on top for a little extra sparkle.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons red food coloring
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Pink sprinkles, for topping

Instructions

    In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and white chocolate chips. Place over low heat and cook, stirring often until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla. Add 1 teaspoon red food coloring and then add more until your desired pink color is reached.

    Pour the hot chocolate into clear mugs and top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle of pink sprinkles. Enjoy!
