Peach Sriracha Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons neutral oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Chives, garnish
- 1/2 cup peach jam
- 2 tablespoons sriracha chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions

Step1Preheat oven to 400° F. In a large bowl, toss together chicken wings, oil, salt, and pepper. Spread wings out on a baking sheet.

Step2Bake wings for 45-50 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Finished wings should be slightly crispy and browned.

Step3Meanwhile, stir together jam, sriracha chili sauce, tomato paste, soy sauce, and butter in a small pot over low heat. Heat until steaming hot and combined. Then remove from heat.

Step4When wings are cooked, add them to a large bowl and drizzle with the peach sriracha sauce. Toss to combine.

Step5Garnish finished wings with fresh chives.
