Shrimp Chilaquiles

These shrimp chilaquiles are a delicious variation of the popular Mexican breakfast. The chilaquiles are usually a combination of some sort of sauce with fried tortillas, served with meat, eggs, or in this case shrimp, cheese and cream. They’re ready in minutes, but to save you time in preparation I suggest you buy the enchilada sauce and tortilla chips. Obviously, you can use your own sauce and make your own chips if you want. Buen provecho!
