These frozen shot glasses are made from strawberry mojito cocktails, and they hold a shot of rum!

More About This Recipe

  • You're holding a frozen shot glass. Game on, SUMMER. Sure, sure, sure, total novelty drink, but you guys, it's summer. Did you like all those commas in that last sentence? Me too. So this is fun. You make a yummy strawberry mojito mix, freeze it in some fun ice shot glass molds, pop them out of the mold, pour some white rum into each drink and CLA-LINK. But drink fast, cuz that mess is cold. Little tip on the filling the molds: make sure to pour as even as you can on the tops, because once frozen, those are the bottoms of the ice shot glasses, and they may tilt and wobble on ya. Once frozen, fill her up! I used white rum for these, to be authentic with the whole mojito vibe. So good. So refreshing! So mojito-y. Bottoms up!
