- All of that delicious Buffalo chicken wing flavor that everyone loves in the form of crispy and delicious golden taquitos. As my teenage son says: “They're finger-licking good!” These Buffalo chicken taquitos are easy to make by filling corn tortillas with chicken breast, a mixture of sour cream, cream cheese and buffalo sauce. They are ideal for dinner or as a snack with friends. Make them tonight and you’ll see that no one will be able resist their deliciousness.
Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (for chicken wings)
- 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white onion, finely diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 16 corn tortillas
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions

Step1Heat the oven to 425°F. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

Step2In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, the Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, onion, and garlic; add salt and pepper to taste. Add the shredded chicken, mixing well until it’s covered completely in sauce.

Step3Heat the corn tortillas on a griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat until they are soft and can be folded without breaking.

Step4Fill each tortilla with 3 tablespoons of the chicken filling. Roll the tortillas into a taquito shape, securing each one with a toothpick, if necessary.

Step5Arrange the taquitos in a baking dish with the fold facing downward. Bake the taquitos at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until they are golden and crunchy. Remove from the oven.

Step6Serve the Buffalo taquitos with your favorite dressing. ¡Buen provecho!
