Adorable rainbow, Easter-shaped pancakes put some extra spring in your step on Easter morning.
Easter Rainbow Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- Food coloring (red, yellow, blue, green)
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Step1In a large bowl, stir together Bisquick™, milk and eggs until just combined.

Step2Divide batter evenly among 4 bowls. Add a few drops of red food coloring in one bowl, yellow in another, etc. Stir to incorporate color.

Step3Place greased cookie cutters on a hot greased griddle or skillet. Ladle batter into the center of each cookie cutter; cook until edges are dry and bubbles begin to form on top. Remove cookie cutter and flip; cook until golden. Repeat with remaining batter, re-greasing cookie cutters after each use.

Step4Dust pancakes with powdered sugar just before serving, if desired.
