  • Bacon. Bacon bacon bacon bacon. You could wrap a shoe in bacon and it would be magnificent. But today we're going with chicken. But that's not the whole story. The bacon is brushed with a super simple honey and sriracha glaze. Goodness gracious. It's just so good! It's spicy and sweet. The chicken is nice and moist due to cooking INSIDE A STRIP OF BACON. This is such good news. Let's just make it! Please, please, please make these as soon as you possibly can.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 12 slices bacon, cut into thirds
  • 4 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Place a chicken cube in the center of each bacon strip, and wrap the bacon around the chicken. Secure with a wooden toothpick. Continue until all the chicken cubes are wrapped.

    In a small bowl, whisk the honey and sriracha sauce together.

    Brush the sauce all over each bacon bite. Place all the brushed bites on a baking sheet. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. Serve immediately.
