Want to make a Pumpkin Spice Latte at home? It all starts with this easy spiced pumpkin coffee syrup. Make a batch and keep in the fridge to indulge your fall coffee drink cravings.

Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin butter

Instructions

    Combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until sugar is completely dissolved.

    Add cinnamon sticks, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. Stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add pumpkin butter. Stir to combine.

    Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Strain spices and keep in an airtight container in the fridge.

    Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to a steaming cup of strong coffee or espresso and foamed milk.
