More About This Recipe

  • Heirloom tomatoes are in season. The best compliment to an heirloom tomato is a big chunk of cheese and a tangy vinaigrette. Because those colorful little gems are very good for you, I decided to serve them as appetizers during our summer cookouts and get togethers. Panela cheese complements these tomatoes and a quick oregano vinaigrette will bring the flavor of this easy and fun appetizer all together.
