- 1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count)
- 1 box (3.5 oz) white chocolate pudding
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups strawberries, washed and cut in half
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening (optional)

Instructions

Step1Bake the crust according to the instructions on the package for one crust pie. Let cool completely and set aside.

Step2Mix the pudding, whipping cream and whole milk in a bowl for 3 minutes or until it begins to thicken. Add the mixture to the piecrust and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the pudding is firm.

Step3Add the strawberries to the pudding.

Step4Melt the chocolate and shortening in a bowl in the microwave, for 20-minute intervals, or until the pudding is firm.

Step5Refrigerate until ready to serve.
